Bagua Lite
Fight water retention with a combination of daily exercise, exquisite light spa cuisine and limphodrenatic massages. A wonderful way to begin your spa journey, This self guided spa treatment allows you to explore our facilities and products on your own pace. Spa attendants will guide you through this ritual. Enjoy a detoxifying herbal wrap in the dry sauna, follwed by a cool water rinse. Next, you will relax in the steam room before choosing either sea salt or sugar Full Body Scrub. Exfoliate in the rain shower and rinse before wrapping in a cozy robe and enjoying a hot tea or a healty fruit and vegetable juice … all this before your treatments even begins
- 4 Limphodrainatic Ultimate Experience (50 min)
Slip into the serenity of our state-of-the-art hydrotherapy bath which combines a unique lymphatic drainage program with relaxing color therapy. A therapist will then enhance the experience with a specific circulation stimulating massage that promotes fluid drainage and detoxification. This treatment assists the immune system and boosts lymphatic drainage aiding those with fluid retention concerns.
