dishes prepared by an award-winning chef.
Lucia – Features
an extensive dinner selection of Asian fusion dishes, delectable
desserts and refreshing drinks and an incredible view to the exotic
mangrove jungle, separated by only a glass wall. Signature dishes
include fresh lobster cobb salad served with a lemon terragon vinegrette
and tropical fruit, blackened salmon filet served over wakami topped
with a Mediterranean basil sauce and beef tenderloin served with
fondant potatoes, topped with melted Gorgonzola. The restaurant’s
wine cellar offers the finest flavor of wines from light, crisp
whites to rich French Bordeaux, Italian Chianti and more. Reservations
are required.
Veranda – Offers a casual dining experience for breakfast and lunch daily. Guests
may dine outside on the terrace or in the air conditioned dining
room.
